The problem
A bakery with a serious queue and a website that didn't capture any of it. No order-ahead, no real photography, no pre-sell on the weekend hero items.
The approach
Built the new site around the product. Big food photography, a pre-order flow that opens at 7am, and copy that has the same humour as the staff.
The outcome
Pre-orders flowing. Saturday queue still long but moving faster. Followers becoming regulars.
