The problem

When I audited the site, I was honestly shocked. A brand with this much cultural pull and Instagram presence was running on a Shopify template that felt like an afterthought. The traffic was already there. The conversions weren't.

The approach

I built the new site conversion-first. Every section had to earn its place against a clear funnel before anything else got designed. Once that was locked in, I layered the brand identity tightly on top so the site felt as premium as the product without the design getting in the way of buying.

The outcome

Same traffic, 4× the conversion rate. AOV climbed as the brand finally read as serious. The follower-to-buyer pipe finally started flowing.
