A serious timber supplier running on PDF catalogues, phone calls, and a website that didn't even hint at the range.
The approach
Built a clean live catalogue, photographed the yard properly, and ran a quote flow that captures the spec without the back-and-forth.
The outcome
Quote flow live. Architect inquiries climbing. The phone is still ringing, just with better-prepared callers.
