The problem
Cafe customers and wholesale buyers landing on the same generic homepage and neither getting what they came for. The roaster's story was buried.
The approach
Split the site cleanly so each audience has its own flow, kept the brand single, and led with photography and the signature blend story.

Wholesale inquiries climbing weekly. Cafe regulars finding the new menu without friction.
