The problem
A specialist matcha bar with a loyal following and no real home online. The menu lived on Instagram stories, walk-ins didn't know the difference between grades, and the brand didn't read as exacting as the product.
The approach
Quiet editorial layout, full menu with proper grading notes, photo-led story, and a smooth order-ahead flow built around the regulars.
The outcome
Order-ahead live and growing weekly. Walk-ins arriving knowing what they want. The brand finally matches the bar.
